I was born in Chicago.

I am Italian-American.

I am married and I have a 17 year old daughter.

I love music, the beach, dancing, and traveling.
I also love everything that has to do with the Spanish language and Spanish-speaking people and their cultures.

I taught in Chicago and at Margate Middle before coming to RMS in 1986.

I received my BA in the teaching of Spanish from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I attended the Universidad of Barcelona, Spain, as part of their year abroad program my 2nd year.
I received my MA in Spanish from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
